Hell's Hallway

So one night i was thinking of what other map i could work on. I had forged foundry numerous times and was getting rather tempted to try something new. This is the child of my temptation. I call it Hell's Hallway (excuse the name).

This is a 2 player racing map that has raised a few eyebrows around my area. I modified rocket race so the rules are generally the same except that you're totally invulnerable. Play the map and you'll see why that is completely necessary.

You start and spawn right next to your opponent. This i made sure is not a factor seeing as both are invisible. You drive down the first hallway and at the first turn there is a bumper (shield door) so you don't go crashing into the wall and slow yourself down. The first straightaway is the "junk hallway" which lives up to its name, all there is is junk and you just must maneuver your way through. Then is another bumper turn and then "bomb way". Bomb way is just a ton of fusion coils put into a pattern. This is a particularly long hallway so i decided to put "cannon way". I lined up a bunch of man cannons and if you do not hit it right it's possible you might fly into the massive pile of fusion coils and propane tanks. This area is unforgiving because if you set of the explosives they sustain themselves the whole match and you might just get flung back to right before Cannon way. After passing there is another bumper corner and then Home Stretch. Home Stretch is a nice easy straightaway through open double boxes. There's not much room so make sure you get there first. There is one more bumper corner then a ramp with more man cannons that propel you across the map and if you get it first you get a point.

A game using the "Rules of Hell" demands that you score best out of five points to win and trust me when i tell you that's enough if you set off those fusion coils.
