I already know about a few errors, such as small bumps and very slightly, hardly noticable, sloppy forging, along with a couple of areas two people can buddy jump, but as I said, this is just a beta and if I decide I'm serious about this map, I'll fix up everthing so that it's perfect. (<--Run on sentence.) (I know some areas may look a little bumpy, but overall, it's pretty smooth.) Name: MLG Endeavor Style: Asymmetric. Map plays VERY aggressively and promotes a lot of "Back and forth." So if your team gets rushed while in posession of the oddball and all four of you die, then don't complain about it, it's very common. Also, this map features quite a bit of jumps and windows, so be sure to take advantage of those. It promotes ideal ranges for BR battles, so that's also a plus. I like this sofar.. and u were right about there being room for improvement. But this is more of a personal thing but i dont like there to be an os on maps made for oddball, but its just a personal thing
Looks good, plays good, except im not sure about it being mlg because its not symetrical even though that doesnt affect gameplay
wat r u talking about? mlg maps can be asymetrical, like guardian, construct and probly more i dont no of... bout the map.. smooth, very good for ball and well thought of.
the map its self look amazing, but idk about gameplay. it might be okay, but its mainly circling around a...circle. maybe if you add some more paths/shotcuts leading around...
The gameplay is actually really good. If you watched the playtest film he provided, or play a game on it yourself, you would see that. The circle works well for the push-pull style of gameplay. There are also a lot of timesaving jumps to cut corners and to and from the center structure. I can't comment on the map other than something like that without being very biased, because I helped with it, and came up with both names. (I totally didn't come up with this name from the space-shuttle that launched today or anything)
i lik the map and im getting ideas from other mlg maps and i got a couple from yours. but solid job. 7/10

Amazing map, well made. The structure of the map makes it amazing. Even though it's not Exactly symmetrical, it a very even map, based on the power weapon, lines of sight and jumps. 8/10 As you said there are a few improvements you could make.
Construct is pretty symmetric... But either way the map looks good. I'm not big on MLG but it's fun, and this looks pretty incredible for an a-symm. MLG map. The merging is clean and aesthetically pleasing; well done. I'll give it a DL soon.
I would say the map is almost perfect, since you said this is a beta, it wouldn't be hard to post a v2, cuz that would be expected, so about the map; The map looks really well forged except from some bits (like the box over at the costum powerup), the map would be perfect for over-serious players, though for some other players a bit of color wouldn't hurt. I guess the map would look nicer if you would replace the overshield and active camo with a blue light or red light, or if the color turns out to strong just add them in the back of the wall or up in the sky, also add in some collums red and blue. You could also use those to make legdes in the wall to make quick jump, like bounce jump, for example, bottom gold to top gold on gaurdian as well as the top gold to bottom green bounce jump which is very hard to do, at any rate I'll download the map and see about it, try adding me, my gamertag is 'The Persister', I wouldn't mind any credit if I would help though you seriously don't have to give me any, if the aestheatics are added this would turn out to be a Feature for sure, so if you need any help send me a message, anyway great job, can't wait to see your next map. This is a great map it has a very nice layout. It's originality ranks high because it doesn't remind me too much of any other map. Some areas of the map could use a tad bit more of cover. I would suggest placing some double columns in strategic areas so falling back could be easier and less blind. Your gameplay video is very nice and you can clutch. The map, minus the flashing objects (not light up objects, I'm not talking forge) is slightly distracting but the fix to this is to lower the glitched objects onto a flat surface. Overall a good map 4.8/5, very nice strategic jumps, good weapon placement, and nice layout.
I like the idea behind this map and the forging looks good (excluding z fighting). There are 2 major problems i see though. A large portion of your map is only accessible from 2 ways, each being coming from one side of the circle. Either you should add a teleporter or put in some more routes from mid. I personally dont like teles but im not sure how much budget/materials you have left. The second problem i see is the lack of multiple levels. The height variations are there but the map needs some more levels or at least some platforms (see rockets on my map Archaic). Good luck with a v2.
Don't post a map if you're unsure about it and say that "it's a beta", people downloading your map aren't supposed to be the testers. There's a forum section for that, called the "tester's guild". You should have posted your map there first.
That's not what he meant. The map has already been tested. It's in "beta" as in it isn't the final version of the map. It is open to constructive criticism and changes. He wants peoples opinions on the map. But still, not every map has to go through the Testers Guild.

great map with a very original layout. perfect interlocking every where as well. the only thing i see wrong is using a custom power up. they arent in mlg maps and all they do is increase speed in the mlg gametype.
wow! amazing map. at first, looking at the pictures i didn't like the map too much. After i watched the video i really seem to love it. The layout reminds me of the top level of construct. although, it did look as if you could hold down the other team too easy.....with a team of 4. so i think it would play much better with 3v3s. 4.5/5 on the map though. GJ
