i have this problem and its been popping up for about 2 months now and its never really bothered me.. /just turned it off turned back on and it worked fine (btw the reason it pop up is because i have an external fan which takes power from when the x360 turns on)

By power box...you mean power brick? The bricky thing?

Don't they sell those separately? It's about $30 I think, and Kidbomber, what the hell? He already explained they fixed it and he got it back, but they forgot to ship the power brick.

Or do what X5 said. Contact them and tell them that they failed to ship the power brick along with the xbox, and they should either find your lost power brick in the system, or give you a complimentary one.

Why the **** did you send in the power brick? It's your own fault you lost it, don't blame customer support for your incompetence. If you bothered to read the support page, it said to send in just the Xbox - no HDD, cords, etc.

Did you send it in with the Xbox?
You aren't supposed to do that :surprise:.
