Hey guys, this is my first map on forgehub. It is called Abyss. I made this the other day and decided to post it. Due to some minor confusion, i will tell you that this is NOT a challenge map, it is meant to be played with more than 1 person. The gameplay involves racing on mongooses to get to the end track where you jump through a teleporter and get in the hornet to take out as many players as you can. Yes i do consider this somewhat challenging but I am somewhat new to race maps, hope that clears up any confusion Here are some pics An overview of the first part of the map An overview of the second part of the map The first pair of bumps The Final Turn The Telly to the Hornet I would show more pics but that would give away the challenge. I know im not the best forger so dont badmouth me for no geomorphing: Map:Bungie.net : Halo 3 File Details Gametype:http://www.bungie.net/Online/Halo3UserContentDetails.aspx?h3fileid=86021512 and btw, its never been an issue, but if it is, there is a telly in the crypt, (just incase you spawn down there)
Ok. First of all, if you are going to take pics of a map and post it on Forgehub, take off the FX so we can actually see the pictures. The light of the kill balls drown out the whole picture. Also, I don't really know how you could call this a challange. It looks really easy. I'm not a fan of challange tracks, so I won't download. I will only give knowledge through the pictures. This does look clean, but not very difficult.
lulwut? i can see the track quite clearly with the effects. the track is clean but everybody is making these tracks now and i have about 9 or 10 of them. i dont even like them so i cant tell you what to do to mae them better except for maybe try a real track?
I didnt make it as a challenge map, i said that because my friends thought it sort of difficult. it is intended to be a race to the hornet. I realize now that i should have put that in the description, which i will do in a minute, and i understand many people make these maps, so i will vary next time so hopefully you will like some more of my future maps
