Recognize this picture from the old Sniper Pit (the one that just recently became Bungie Favorites)? This time the map is updated to look neater and, hopefully, play better. Description: It's hard to describe the map, so just look at the pictures to see how it changes. Just make sure you aren't on the ground level when the boxes spawn. There are weapons in this version, but they are all power weapons because this is basically an arena map. I suggest using my Snipes gametype, which is snipers only, no shields, and 1 bonus point for headshots. Of course, you can use any weapon you want. Assault Rifles or Battle Rifles or Needlers only are fun too. Also the preview video is of the original sniper pit, but check it out and you will see how intense it gets. nooooo not snipers!!!! but seriously, wicked good job, will give it a dl so i can test out the quality and get back to ya **************** tested it...and ya, i got stuck on the outer wall where the brs get placed, now that was lame, but aside from that, was pretty tight ********* Tested it again, because i do enjoy time map events, and i got stuck in those boxes that spawn below
im not sure how you got stuck on the outer wall, but it is know that you can get stuck in the middle. you just have to not be on the ground when the timer says 3:30. Its in the first post but its buried someone in the middle of the paragraph. I suggest playing with snipers, though, because thats actually what it was designed for. the weapon spawns are placed for people who dont bother downloading the sniper gametype.
Stupid Bungie put the old version onto bungie favorites instead of this one. Oh well, maybe more people will look in my fileshare and see this version.
