    The title says it.

    I believe i have a good song for a montage;
and its nothing like the traditional montage songs.
I have A LOT of multi kills and i think the beat of the song will go great with it.
Most parts will keep fast forwarding to the kills, so it goes with the bass.

    Here is the song:

    YouTube - Deadmau5 - Seeya Next Tuesday

Im looking for a nice good solid beat.
And if you guys dont think it would work, think you can suggest a few?

    Thanks :)

It has really cool beats and such, but It is very boring. Get a song that is motivating and addicting that people wan't to listen to, but doesn't distract from the video.

    Maybe....

    I know for a fact i want to use a mau5 song.
Faxing or not exactly as well are two good choices.
But seeya next tuesday sounds good for a minitage, GnS for a full montage.

    OH! OH! OH!

    Maybe some Matt & Kim?

Agreeing with EGP here. You need to keep the entertained, while not drawing to much attention. This song has a nice beat (if a bit slow for a hardcore montage) but it's very repetitive, and I myself would most likely stop watching after thirty seconds to a minute.

Try finding a song that changes up the beat every so often, always bringing in something new preferably not just switching from one to the other. Also, try to find one with a faster beat to keep them interested, and you also need the psychological effect of the fast beat to get them "into the action" of your montage.

This is all just my opinion by the way.

For the tageee i have like 4-5 mins of clips, so it depends on how you look at it.

Hmmm, i see what everyone else is saying about switching up beats, but any suggestions :p

And I watch my musical elitism slip before my eyes...

You shouldn't care what other people want, put in it what you want (coughaslongasmyelitistintegrityremainsintactcought).

Isn't Rock You Like A Hurricane by the Scorpions?

YouTube - Scorpions - Rock You Like A Hurricane

I actually feel that you could pull of a decent montage with the song you've got, if you make the actual movie clips follow the beat of the song and not just being random clips.

I always though some velvet revolver would make a good montage...
YouTube - Velvet Revolver - Slither
    thats slither^^
I also think that "she builds quick machines", and "sucker train blues" would be pretty good too. I'd look into that for something if you want more "kick" to it.
