So recently I ripped a video from a DVD that happens to be a widescreen dvd. I imported it to iTunes after converting it to an mp4, and obviously the movie is still widescreen. When I upload it to my 5th gen iPod video (the 30 GB the preceded the "classic"), the side edges are cut off. What is the best way to go about fixing this?

    Programs I have:
    Flash CS3
    Pinnacle 10 (no capture card)
    WMM (You never know)
PQ DVD to iPod converter (basically a converter that runs the video using any plugins your computer has to record the video encoded in mp4. Sounds crappy but it works amazingly well...Converts a 2 hour movie in under an hour)
    iTunes (obviously)

Well I have a converter, the problem is whenever I convert it, it stays widescreen and I wanted to know if anybody knew a quick fix.

there should be an option in the ipods video options that can toggle widescreen and fullscreen. if that doesnt work, there are many ipod converters out there to use.
