People keep saying this is an april fools joke from IGN, so i started to think it was, cause it came out april 1st...but i also hear other people talking about the directors and actors and make these good points that make it seem like its a real movie...now i dont know what to think. is it a real trailer or nah?
Hmm, Fbu you seem to beat me I was going to post this. I saw it on Myspace it looks like a really cool movie. I myself was never into the Legend Of Zelda series.
Hey guys check out my title Guys, are we watching the same trailer here? If that was a real movie, I would NOT want to see it. It looks like one of those straight-to-VHS monstrosities. Ganondorf looks like my dad on Halloween and Link looks like Michael Jackson.
Poztar: the company who did it uses mockup actors to show that a movie like this could turn out well. It gives hype and such. Obviously the wouldn't use Micheal Jackson as Link in a real movie =p
Oh. Well damn. It's a lot of effort and time spent for an April Fool's joke, but I hope that's not how their actual work is like. That turned me off Zelda movies for good.
it wasnt too much effort.. but for a april fools prank, Hell yes! it was sorta obvious cause the release date was set too april 1'st 2009(april fools day of the next year) my bro told me this was fake 2 days ago and I was guna respond but I couldn't.
Someone told me about this and i was getting excited but then i saw this trailer and i lost all hope.
It was definately a good chunk of work for a joke. But i'm so relieved that it was fake. The actors/coustumes/makeup where terrible, effects mediocre at best. Thank goodness it was a joke.
I started having serious doubts when he put on the green cap. Would be cool, but some things just aren't meant to be translated to live-action.
i really really really wish/hope that it seems like an april fools joke, but the joke it that we thought it was a joke, and it ends up being real XD
