I'm British so bear with me on the currency issue here, last time i checked it was roughly around 1.5 USD to the Pound so use that for reference if you can.

At the moment I've discovered this concept for myself and IMO I think its a great way to go. I've found games in Gamestation in the UK that are pretty cheap and these can easily prevent boredom, these are games such as:

    • Viva Pinata/Forza 2 Double Pack £4.99 - Forza is a game to play when none of your friends are online, stick some of your tunes on and simply drive :) I sold Viva Pinata to someone for £5 so I made a 1p profit and Forza for free, woo![IMG][IMG] lol
    • Shadowrun - £9.99 - Definitely a game to play with your friends. Midgets, Trolls and some Miniguns, What more could you want?
    • MotoGP 06 - £4.99 - On old game to say the least but IMO it seems to be a fun game and for £5 its worth picking up because it's a bargain[IMG]
    • NFS Undercover - £19.99 - A good game if you're into custom car modding, the Garage seems hard to navigate for me and narrative seems to quiet even with the voice FX turned up but overall its an above average game IMO.
    • Splinter Cell DA - £4.99 - If you play consistently with a small group of friends then this is a good game, MP consists of 3 vs 3 Ninja Vs Mercenary action which is definitely very fun[IMG]

I've enjoyed all these games so far and If you're strapped for cash I definitely recommend it, these are the only games I've found so far on my list that are cheap and cheerful. Hope you enjoyed my little post, post some of your feedback here :)

Orange box (AMAZING value for 20$)
    And Mass Effect.

I'll check out the rest of those games too.
