Well my friend loves to take pictures, so she asked my to make a wallpaper out of her pictures, so i made a few. Yes, they are girly, but try to get around that.

I wanted them to be pretty simple...

    [edit]

Made this one out of photos i took from last summer.

Wow, those are great. Nice, clean, and fresh.

    Scoring some points, eh?

The one with the seashell and sand is absolutely amazing... Your work is really good.

I think that the one with the lightbulb picture attached to the fence is a little odd, though; the picture looks like its floating.

    WRONG!

The first one is horrible. The quality that is. The rendering of the first must go die. Yargh. Grargh. Blarg.

But yea, the rest are sweet.

Well for the first one i had to use a random picture of sand, because of the size of the original image, so it looks a little odd, and yeah, i didn't spend a lot of time on the rendering, but "horrible", really?

Besides making signatures, I do rendering. So that's based off of my rendering skills.

Yeah, i might redo the render, but i still really like the concept. Why do you claim he is wrong about them as nice, clean, and fresh. Do you think they all suck lol

    Also, new one added

He was saying they were ALL nice, clean, and fresh. I had to correct him.

    fixd*

But really, what should i do to the render of the sand to make it look better, just start over? Also, is the sand the only part you think was poorly rendered, or is it also the top of the sand dollar?

Well, the fuzzy select. If you do it right, it should take you awhile to do. However, it will get the proper shapes.

The third one, looks so good, but hurts my eyes so much. You have that excellent photo of the bulb with great depth, a nice blurred background, on top of the very sharp wood. Causes me eyes pain... D: Looks good otherwise (girly).
