    More practice with pop-out:

There's some pixels on the bottom right, which I'm working on right now.

Very creative. Do some more stuff with the bg, I think it would look better.

The text is kinda plain, the font could be changed and the coloring...and the blending, but the placement is alright for me.

    Nice work.

Maybe you could make the top part black and white as well. I think it would put more focus on the center.

Get rid of the text, it distracts from the pop out. You did a good job cutting the guy out, but the focal is spread throughout the whole sig, I would say try sharpening the impaled person and blurring the black jacket guy to give it depth. Uh the black and white seems kinda random. All I got for now.

    There is no blending.
    Nice pop out though.

I would suggest making the color come from the Alex Mercer, and extend out in a circle... that would draw more focus to him. Also, the blurring in the background is a bit odd, it goes from being really blurry to very sharp almost instantaneously... It really should be more gradual. The text is very well done, it is placed well and is the perfect font and color. I really like the sig, and it is a very good use of a pop-out.
