I respect what you are trying to do here, but it isn't very well done to put it frankly. First and foremost, those are terrible things to include in an intro. You don't need the sponsored by (and I doubt you got Shock or another admin from this site to sponsor this), and never say "Created by: _____" in an intro. It's incredibly tacky with the colon. Xbox LIVE!, Bungie.net, and who created the intro is something you put in the credits. No, all you need is: SuperNova Studio presents A Halo 3 Machinima The Sky Castle! Second issue on hand is, what is this about? No one will be able to make a good intro if they have no idea what they are intro-ing. Another standard, boring, after effects intro that is almost no relation to the actual piece (with a background, floating particles, text, and camera movement) is something I despise and something you don't want. You should include a description and overview of the plot, to give people at least some idea of what it is you have thusfar. Also, I find effective intros are the ones that go over the opening shots to a short or film. That way it keeps the audience interested as you get all your opening credit stuff out of the way. So provide some details, or something, because right now there is hardly anything to go off on.
