Jump!

The render/stock seems kinda LQ. Some parts are a little too bright and the lighting could use some improvement.

Text is nice but could be better.

Hmm, good lighting the text looks nice, good blending also, and i love the blue by the text, it fits nice.

 

For the fail, your first one is better.

 

The left side seems a bit empty to me, you might want to crop it down a bit. The font and text are fine, but I think that it should be moved to the lower right, where the focal disappears into the background. The contrast seems a tad low, because the brightness is a bit too high. I don't think the render looks too low-quality. I would also like to see the focal sharpened up a bit... As usual, nice work.
