    Small platforms are dangerous. They also have very limited space. In small, highly elevated areas the blood starts to thin. Dangerously so. This, compounded with an increased heart rate caused by acrophobia, can double, or even triple the chance of a massive brain failure. This can cause heart attack, stroke, or even total organ failure.
    Death.


    That is the least of your worries.


    Now you have to stand over 500 feet in the air, while battling it out for your very life. A fall on this platform is fatal. So is getting shot in the face. Any way, any how, you must fight to assure victory. Failure is a solace designed only for n00bs. Have you heard the phrase "ignorance is bliss?" Well, I say it this "Total lack of skill is bliss." You can take that to mean that this map is good for people of all skills. Thats true. You can also take it to mean that this map is designed for the most skilled players. That is also true.

    This map started out as a very brilliant idea, which being my first, was also cursed to be my last. When i started this i decided that i was going to make a platform in the skybubble. Under the Grid. This means, that if you delete the weapons and all of the scenery you will still have a ground floor. By doing so, I made the map very modular and compatable with whatever style of forging you should decide to use. Its all yours, as long as i get credit for the ground =). The version of the map I made uses a heavily weighted MLG style, but it is also a unique style. The bases dont provide a place to camp (at least not succesfully) and the structure in the middle isnt a death trap. In reality, it is the 3 minute rush for invisibility that might add any danger to that area. If you noticed how i subtly told you the invis time, nice catch. The twin snipers and maulers may seem like a bit of an overload on such a small map, but actually all they do is speed the gameplay up a lot. I hope you give me any constructive critisizm that pops into your mind, and I really hope you use the platform to help you with a skybubble map.

    **I forgot to mention that this supports all gametypes, other than infection. I personally recommend having small team games, like 3v3. Any more than six people on this map and it gets crowded.​

    I bet that could be done in a little over three minutes: If you look at it in forge you will see what I mean. But, this map actually is unique because of the lack of cover. That makes it one of very few small maps with long enough sights to place a sniper on it (two, actually.)

    For the map, even though it doesn't have much cover (which can be good in your case) you could add like, a second level or something in the center, just, make more.. Z-axis movement. It's just too flat.
    Add me, (frozen banshee) and maybe ill show you what i mean, otherwise, "Looks like a great map.....FIRST WHOO CHECK MEH OUT NOOOW!"

    edit: also make another path or jump to the sniper area. to make it a more used part of the map.
    Edit2: i hope the snipers have like a 120 sec respawn but only two clips. One clip for the maulers

    He means that if you deleted all the floors your Spartan/Elite can still walk on the invisible barrier for a few seconds before you die.
    The map look nice, as you said, most maps that have a Sniper don't have enough room to use it. Simple and elegant... Keep up the great forging!

    great map but it looks like it lacks detail... other than that it looks like it has good lines of site and is quite playable...

    You know how there is a grid on all three levels of sandbox? I geomerged the floor under the grid so if you want to change it, its twice as easy.

    You can get to the sniper like three different ways.

    You are correct, the sniper has 120 respawn, but only one spare clip (two total) because when it had two, it WAS overpowering the map, seeing as there are already two snipers. If you want, I can easily change the map. to give it a second floor. This is the first of like twelve versions that actually had balenced play.

    No i dont...
    You still die when you fall under the barrier, its just that, as I said, the ground is geomerged under the grid. Its like the sky griffball court.

    Hmm, it appears to be a very simple yet original map,
    It looks like gameplay would be good.
    Having not played it yet I may not be right, BUT,
    With such great lines of sight does spawn camping not become a problem?
    I am merely interested, thats all.

    Spawn camping only works is you try 4v4, or 5v5. Any less people and usually there is enough spawns to avoid that. But, if one team controls both snipes then they might also be able to control about two thirds of the map, making the invisibility useless. That stratagy fails as soon as the other team gets a snipe. Or if one of the people on the team trying to do that EpIk fAiLz
