Ive had so much fun on a map called "Ice Cream Man". The original bace map was foundry and it is an infection map. Fun as hell IMO. So i resurected it from foundry to sandbox. Hope you like it. Map name/ download: Ice Cream Man Gametypes: Normal version Crazy version with unlimited grenades Players: 6-12 Description: This map is in the crypt of Sandbox. It is about 2 boxes longer than the foundry version. There is always 1 infected, the Ice Cream Man. He/she drives the warthog and trys to splatter the fat kids (the humans) before they get to the ice cream ( a custom powerup). The zombie is NOT allowed the powerup. Wow that looks fun. I helped completely redesign a friend's ice cream man on sandbox and it had similar aesthetics, except it had an awesome looking "hi" to go along with it. It looks clean too, but personally I think it's TOO much like the original ice cream man and it would have been nice if you made it so the zombie couldn't get the custom powerup.
i always hated ice cream man i dont see why you wouldn't upgrade it a little if you were moving it to sand box looks identical to foundry this map is pointless unless u wanna play ice cream man to avoid people from joining
just because u don't like ice cream man doesn't mean u have to post here. the map looks great even though there isn't any merging also make it look a little neater and then u'l get a dl from me
I like the look of this, ill try it tonight when i clean out my Hard drive from halo 3 maps. One question though, why did you build it not centered over the middle strip? I know it doesn't change anything, it just bugs me
huh, I've never heard of Ice Cream Man gametype. Sounds kind of fun. From the other posts it sounds like this is too much like the original, but who am I to say, I've never played it before. To me it looks like a blast, so I'll DL in a minute
Hey i would love this... If your walls were smoother and i didnt know the guy who made the original. btw, he also made a good version of this on sandbox. Faultlesswall. check his fileshare. If you hadn't already done this, I would post his version here. But i am not going to steal your thunder. I just lied. His skybubble version is way better because the ice cream man cannot get the power up, the only way to get it is to hack at the wall slit with a sword. PS: If you could edit your post so that you give credit where its due, I have absolutely not problems with it.
Looks pretty damn fun, I'll have to give it a try. I'm not sure how you would, but it would be great if you could fix the fact that the zombie can get the custom, especially with my friends who never like to follow rules. Make sure to give the other guy credit though, a link to the thread would be nice.
Ok...well then... I just made it for shits and giggles one day... but ill add it to the OP. I started making a city map in the corner, but then it turned into ice cream man... Eh, i was board one day so i took some pictures in forge.. Thanks for the comments guys...
