Yeah that's right, Forge Hub favorites is back, and in a new revitalized light. Whats different this time around? Well, nothing..other than the community (you guys) pick the maps! Exciting? I think so. This is the trial run. The beta. It will run slightly shorter than FHF will in the future. Starting today until Thursday you will be able to nominate maps (just like the map featured thread). Typically, you will be able to nominate three maps in the future. This time around, due to the short time frame, you will be able to nominate four. With enough nominations voting will begin. Ten (10) maps will be voted on, and six (6) will be chosen for Forge Hub Favorites. If any of these six maps have a gametype require, it will also be paired with them. So what does Forge Hub Favorite net you? Well, the chosen maps will be highlighted in the Forge Hub Favorite post that will air every second Sunday, opposite the site update. Along side of this, these maps will be copied to the Forge Hub Favorites gamertag's File Share, as well as further exposure of your map. More information will be revealed in the following weeks, after the beta has run it's course. Remember, if you want this to be successful, you need to get as many people out to nominate and vote as possible! Let the nominating begin! Human spellchecker/grammarchecker has done his job. What exactly is the purpose of this thread other than to inform people of the FHF? Shouldn't this thread be locked, merged with the voting thread, or posted on the home page of the site?
People at Forgehub discuss everything, and I was not sifting through posts to find nominations. Yes it should have it's own front page, not sure when it will be...it hasn't because it's not a high content post and will most likely be ignored on the front page. It should have been in the site update tbh..
