ok, so basically, you took a photo, added text and a border...I'm srry sir, that doesn't count as signature making....And, the sig isn't awesome. It lacks any effects and the basics of sigs. However, it is ok I wouldn't classify it as awesome.

I just dont want frag women here, all she does is start arguments to boost her post count. /sigh I wasn't serious, and i can make a better sig at school where i dont have to buy CS4, i just dont feel like spending $500 to make a few small graphics. *Not directed at anyone*
Actually i have GIMP downloaded, but i find PS so much easier to use. I have finals tomorrow and my second hour is free so ill be on the computer for 100 minutes tomorrow.
Its 500$ for the bad version, its 1000$ for the good one. Edit: and its not a waste, either. Its an investment in your future, because this can really help you later on.
