I recently fell in love with this movie. So I made a sig. I know it's not the best, but here she blows. I don't like the text much myself, but it's how I could get myself most content. As for the lighting, I didn't do much at all. I just put a radial white to black gradient layer on overlay and trimmed the edges.
Well, the text needs some major work. Its very small and hard to read, and is pretty poorly placed. I also can't really identify a focal; my eye first goes to the yellow train car, then to the man, then to the bodies, then to the train in the back, but it never really stays on anything in particular. Depth is a problem too. I would suggest blurring the train in the back, and the bodies on the ground. I would also crop the sig WAAAYYYY down, because there is no real reason for it to be its current size. I would also get rid of that gradient that you put over-top, because it looks weird on the side of the yellow train car.
It took my a while to find the text. It looks just like a pic to me. I would add some badass effects like all the cool kids do.
