Hey guys, I need help on making the right kind of door for my map.In my map there are cells and a hallway that is as wide as a bridge. I need an idea for a door. It needs to be made so you can't open it from the outside, but you can open it from the outside. Help?
You might want to reexplain where you want to open the door from. I'm guessing the outside though. You can do what bluejayfan said. Just place dumpsters upright making it as big a door as you want. make a min/max switch that spawns a gravity lift to push the dumpsters out of the way. oh and congrats your the first person to ever make it into my signature vvvv
Try making a slanted door with a pallet that is set to instant respawn or something. Have a grav lift push it gently so that it stays to the slanted part, but so that people can still get in without the grav lift pushing them back. this is outside / this is inside / - slanted wall door thing. reverse outside/inside if needed.
Put pallets down, make sure they're braced in place. Put a shield door on the inside. so the pallets can't be destroyed from that way.
Or you could just do a grav lift held by a weapon holder pointint outward. People outside can't get in, and inside can get out. No physical door required, but you could throw a shield door there anyway.
Just add shield doors too stop bullets, add a Weapon Holder too hold a gravity lift facing the cell and add something like a pallet. The shield door should be on the inside and close enough too prevent punching the gravity lift.
