    A basic overview

Alright, I made this map back when I first got the Mythic Maps, I went up to the sky bubble and said, I want to make something, and started building, and voila! Then I didn't post it for a couple months, but now i've nothing to do.

It's a four way symmectrical map (mostly). It's relatively small, and I think eight players will probably max it out.

As you've noted, it uses the gloomy effect, but with the lights in such close proximity to each other it really changes the gloominess up so its more or less like a different lighting scheme altogether, or so I like to think.

    Weapons:
    4x Carbines
    8x Battle Rifles
    1x Rocket
    2x Sniper rifles
    2x Brute Shot
    2x Shotguns
    4x SMGs
    2x Needlers

Yeah, it's a lot of power weapons, I know, but they seem to fit with what i've played, though admittedly i've tested this map not nearly enough.

    On to the pictures, Tubular:

The forging is nowhere near perfect, but, enjoy.

Seems to be quite good, actually.

At first I was skeptical of the gameplay, because the map seemed very small. But the addition of those back walkways breaks up the line of sight a bit, and makes the map flow better. I also like the position and structure of the bases; its good to see some bases that integrate well into play.

As for improvements, I can only think of two. First, I would suggest moving one of the lights from the white light to the fourth base. Or you could make the other light white, but in any case, I feel like the lights should be symmetrical like the map. Second, I would suggest adding a walkway between the two "escape tunnels". Not only would this add another layer to the map, but it would help reduce the tendency of players to camp those upper platforms, as there would be four entrances, as opposed to two.

The walkway idea is a good one, thanks, I was wondering how I could add another level in, but couldn't figure out a good place to. As far as lighting goes, because the bases are so similar, i wanted the player to be able to know where he is at all times, thus the three different lights, but if you think it would make the map better...

Not bad, not bad. The map is kinda small, but you could still have some fun games on it. One thing I suggest is that you move the lights a little higher above the map. Those things can be pretty blinding when they are that close to the players.
