If you havent checked out my map Metanoia this is a second version of it. I have improved all the problems that you guys suggested to me. So join me as I describe Metanoia V2. C H A N G E S The main changes that I have made to Metanoia are simple yet EXTREMELY important. All the changes are: 2X 30 sec. Snipers - to - 2X 90 sec. Snipers 1X 90 sec. Rockets - to - 1X 120 sec. Rockets 8X 10 sec. Plasma G.nades - to - 8X 30 sec. Plasma G. Nades 1X 30 sec. Ghost - to - 1X 120 sec. Ghost * 2X 30 sec. Bubble Shields - to - 2X 90 sec. Bubble Shields * 2X 30 sec. Regenerators - to - 2x 90 sec. Regenerators * Both the Bubble Shields and Regnerators have switched places and the Regenerators do NOT spawn at the start of the round. A E S T H E T I C S When I began this map I wanted to really make it beautiful. I wanted to make all you people go "Wow!". I wanted to prove to all the people out there that I am a good forger and not a bad one, like they said. Altogether the original map took me about 30 hours and the V2 took me about an hour. My signature aesthetic structure in Metanoia would probably have to be the 'Half Loops'. I really wanted to make them look original. I also am very surprised how my corner structures, closest to the halls, came out. So all and all I am extremely impressed of myself. G A M E P L A Y When I was working on my map I wanted it to look beautiful but of course I knew that looks aren't everything. I wanted the gameplay to shine. I optimised the structures shapes for grenade bounces. I , myself, am very dependant on grenades (My BR sucks!) so I wanted to make a map for you guys not only to have fun but to increase your grenade skills. Metanoia is also made to truly test your BR skills. The 'Half Loop' and other structures made for not only your grenades but BR to. The gametypes suitable are slayer, oddball, and territories for 4-8 players. Great map! Great Post! But its double posted... I played slayer on this and the merged man cannon was the most helpful part of the map I think. At the start of slayer games, its so much fun because everyone meets at the middle trying to get the overshield.

I have seen maps with good geomerging before and this is one of them.I just have to say that it was a blast to play on this. Even with a 10 person party so im glad to say i can award you the good map and post award. Brilliant job the only thing i would chnge is the ghost i felt it detrated from gameplay and made it too hectic. Otherwise great post and map for that matter.
Today, a good foundry map is very easy to spot because of the things people are learning to do; interlocking and geomerging and so on. Having said this, this is not just one of those well made maps that you always see. There's something about this I really like and I love the map. I dl'd it and played with a coule of friends and it was stunning! I have to say i did not see the first version but this is spectacular 5/5

wow Shlbamobinladen posted something orgional....well amazing forging on the map.i thought it was funny when u said "The only part you guys care about, the screenys!" because well, alot of people freak out about the pict.s and done help out at all. well anywho, great job with the merging, really smooth with the first picture. with the ghost, if its just not wanted, basicly nothing can fit, but maybe a mongoose...and that wont get you kills that often, so i dont know about the ghost swap. i really dont see any other kidna changes, but with the picture of the ghost, theres a gap in the background...or is it a fencewall...well yea good map lol...i think im a Demon now...? lol
This is probably the most unique map I've seen in a long while and it looks like gameplay would be amazing but the senery surpasses everything. But one thing is it seems escapable in some areas. Did you test that at all?

THESE are the kind of maps forge hub needs more of. Foundry still has that flair! When i wrapped up a few of my mates for a game of this, it was amazing. Slayer - This was what I reckon this map was designed for. The clean aesthetics combined with the overall smoothness of the map was clearly the focus. That little fort thing in the corner was so well forged, but then when you got attacked after looking at how sexy it was, there was a clear escape, but not the ones you can get on other maps, with a run and hide, pop out with a shotty, escape. There was the perfect amount of cover, and it reminds me of Grindstone =D The design is not completely original, but it's angles and curves are DEFINITELY not seen everyday. My mate who can pretty much find a way out of ANY map he finds, could not break this. You really outdid most of us in that part! The ghost was not overpowering, or useless. You could escape it's splattery horror, but not forever.The ghost wielder only got a couple more kills than average. Sadly, there was not quite enough weapons around, and i found myself making a copy of the map, and adding a br or 2, and a couple of assault rifles. 6 br's was clearly not enough, considering we were system linking an 8 man TS. At least 10-12 will do you clear, but make sure then only have 1 - 0 spare clips. I also found myself deleting a sniper, as the 2 snipes, just gave to one player have a whole truckload of ammo, and sniping everyone's ass. This is definitely a map that would work with Rockets as the only power weapon, but the sniper was always balanced it out when there was just one sniper. As said earlier, 4/5. Good job! I'll give this an overall 4/5. as the map it's self is nice, and the game's enjoyable + fun, but it lacks balance, and sometimes it's TOO balanced that is the most important part in game play.
I was really thinking of taking out the snipers but i was not quite sure, but when i make a v3 i might switch them with a br.
Nice map, i would remove the ghost all together. And personally i dont like the fence boxes as a wall. Looks sloppy where you can see the items merged into it.
wow, the aesthtetics are beautiful and hopeful the gameplay is to. there seems like there may not be enough weapons on the map though. if you fix the weapon problem this could be a very good map.
I just played and dl'd and wanted to say that a few more weapons would be helpful but other than that the map is great! Aesthetics are as good as they get and the rocket area is action packed! i love it!

I saw this map a few days ago before i made a new account and i really wanted to comment on it. From the pictures the map looks amazing and it looks like you really took the time out to make an amazing foundry map. Now for game play, I'm not sure how it plays so thats why I just downloaded it, I will get a 2v2 on it. If the game play turns out good, I will totally keep this on my hard drive. Another thing that rocks about this map is that I loved the name cause i love MGMT, they fricken rock. Awesome job man.
