Map: The Dump Gametype: Garbage Man Yes it's garbage day again. The map is quite a fright when it comes to infection; not knowing who or what might be around the next corner. The map takes place in an old dump and the garbage man is cleaning it out...aka, cleaning out the humans. I've made sure there are no REALLY cheap spots so don't worry zombies about finding those pesky humans. Hope you enjoy! The Dump Human Spawn Zombie Spawn Zombies' entrance This is a great hiding spot!!! Or not....! He won't see me here 10 meter ENHANCED radar.....so don't bother crouch walking! WHA-BLAM!!!!!! Garbage still keeps on flowing through Man-cannon escape!
Just thought I'd ask. Is this a random throw-together or did you put some thought into the positioning?
It was pretty much a random throw but after I did that I fixed up a LOT of spots so I'd say it's half-and-half.
I don't get it; why are there vehicles with boxes on top of them at zombie spawn? I like the idea of the "garbage pile", but it seems as though it isn't spread out; as in I see alot of the same items bunched together. Cool map, though.
At first, i thought this map was randomly put together, although most of it was... I still very much like it. I was acutally thinking of makingsomething like this on Foundry a very long time ago, but forgot about it, you have reminded me about it, although you have made something much better i would have. I really like how you put it all altogether and i was just wondering, since blocks that large cant fit down that hole to come down, do they spawn in the hole then fall? Speaking about the whole, i love the zombie spawn and the pit is nicely forged. Good idea on giving the zombie i small radar, but do humans have radars as well? Oh and about the traits of the humans and zombies, how fast or how slow are they? How high to they jump, i would've liked a players traits list, but oh well... Either way i think this is a great map, although it a little late and i cant try it now Im going to get some friends and im going to try this map out. 5/5 Great idea.
Hmmm, this does look like you just threw some stuff into a pile... But if you say you've fixed it up... I think there are better uses for this gametype than this map. For example, you could use it on a hill (like this, just smooth and hollow-ey) with lots of tunnels to hide in on the inside. Might be more fun if the zombie were invisible too. But still an okay map.
