They're more lenient when it comes to screenshots. As long as you're not posting the map, don't worry. It's a pretty good staged picture, goes good with the caption.
Yes, Ive seen this type of map before. Modded. Other than that, it's pretty cool considering very few people have that map. If it was a more popular modded map then... No, It's not creative at all.
