Few new ones. I've been trying a few different things, mainly taking pictures of actual shadows, which is what the first two are. Anyways, let me know what you think. Incinerate Shade Firepower
I like Firepower the best. Ive seen the effext before but you really captured the pic well. Extremely nice lighting, and looks very high quality
Thanks. =) I know the effect isn't anything new, but I just love the way it looks, so I used it. The high quality look is why I love the effect so much.
Another great round of screenshots by Leeumm! I like the first one better out of the two shadow screenshots, but I like Firepower the best overall. I really love the effect! I kind of feel like a noob right now cause you guys are saying its a well known effect but... I don't exactly know how to do it. Would you mind letting me know? Anyways great screenshots! I love seeing your work and I look forward to more in the future! =) Keep it up!
Nice job. Firepower's the best. How'd you get the pink in there? Did you interlock red & blue lights behind an explosion?
These are great! The first one is my favorite, because I love that shadow effect. Awesome lighting on the side of the shadow too. The second one is OK, kind of plain, and the same as the first, but it still looks cool. The last one is very simple, but i love how it looks, with the rockets, and the lighting behind him. And BTW try to switch up the armor next time, it kind of gets boring with just mark V.
Nope, it was actually taken on Ghost Town. It's not necessarily a well-known effect, it's just been done before. It's in the Black Room on Ghost Town. What I did was throw a Spike Grenade and Plasma Grenade and get them to explode at the same time (difficult to do by yourself. lol.) And you're not a noob for not knowing how to do an effect. Actually, the Mark V wasn't intentional. I started up a game of Forge, and I had set my helmet to ODST, but it did that glitch where, in game, it resets your armor to Mark V for whatever reason. I thought it looked pretty good anyways, and it took a while to get the effect right, so I left it. The Shade one was pretty simple. It was done, the same as Firepower, in the Black Room (which you can all download here, if you're interested) on Ghost town. In that room, when Pen & Ink is on, it makes your shadow very distinct, so I thought I'd take a picture of it. I just threw a Frag near the shadow, went inside of it and it made the wall yellow.
