Palace Alter Hey everyone, it's been a while that I made a map, playing gears of war 2 alot so I bring you a map that is worth downloading. This map is considered to be very, very, small, but big for Team Slayer or Slayer, Oddball, and KOTH. And for the amount of players, it is recommended 4v4. Also for other news, I'm planning on making a V2 of this map, so if there's anything that you would like for me to add or remove, please tell or forever hold your peace. It looks a little on the small side...the super small side... And easily escapable...and spawnkilling.. Other then that, its fine.
One question, how'd you do that curved ramp? I've tried figuring it out, but I can't seem to. By the way, for a small map, this looks pretty awesome. Although it is small. 4.7/5
Yeah looks very cramped and plausable for constant spawn killing but other than that i love the aesthetics also i'm not sure if i'm just blind but how many people do you think are the recommended number of players?
Hi This indeed looks very small, but also pretty. Two things: -I think you should've built two of these facing eachother as bases (tho closed) -how you feel about people escaping it? ...a nade jump and it's done.
this map looks awesome, the forging on it is amazing, the interlocking really works and the asthetics look really nice. the only bad parts are the fact you can easily escape due to grenade jumps, brute shop jums and the fact the walls are reaaly low, eg team slayer the other team can leave the map and hide. and you need alot more spawn pointts
Although it si a really small map the design looks different to anything I've seen recently. The merging on the ramp around the tower looks clean and smooth. One thing for improvement would be to add more of an attackers base as it looks that if one team gets control of all three in a team slayer game it could become a spawnkillers heaven. A 3.5/5 from me and I'll take a closer look and see if there is anything I missed. ELLITE
nice map dude, love the wedge staircases. there is a wall set no respawn near one of the staircases, other than that it is very well made. i would put in some magnums and/or plasma pistols, they are rarely used but compliment a map quite nicely
