Very Very Stupid Americans!

Because the people who run this country aren't answering the questions.

 

People say that it's great that america finally has a black president, and things are going too be better. But if you think things are going too be better you're being racist and descriminating against white presidents.

The majority of those people are american.

 

I dislike the title for this video. The reason is that you can not say that all Americans are dumb because a percentage of people do not know general questions about history and the world around them. I have seen a video similar to this where people off the streets were asked if they could sing the whole national anthem. Most of the people could not even sing the beginning of it. With that being said I would like to point out that you cannot judge a book by its cover. There are very intelligent people in the world also, and because of this it think that it would be fair to say that this not funny what so ever. The fact that you would even make fun of the place and people you live with is very saddening.

 

I don't see how this statement makes any sense.
Anyway there are dumb people in every country and it seemed like half those people were stoned or just fell off the turnip truck.

 

If you find it different in any way that the president is black, you're racist.

I found the video kind of funny, but I found the thread title kind of offensive. Don't judge a book by its cover. Not all americans are stupid. There are loads of intellegent people that live in america.

No, what he's saying is that if the reason you think that is because of their difference in race, then you're a racist. Simmer down there Nor, he's got a point, you should look at people as exactly that, people, not defined by their race or any other surface difference.

As for the video, I hate when they do this. Interview a group of oblivious people, and label the video "STUPID AMERICANS LOL", because it really doesn't matter what country they are from. I could go to any country, ask questions involving foreign affairs, and create a video called "Australians are SO stupid!" or something along the lines of that.

 

Again, where did Obama even come up in this conversation? I haven't really said anything about the video lol. Ummm I agree with Norlinsky.

The video proves nothing.

1. Only Americans were questioned. Therefore they cannot be compared with other countries.
2. Many questions were about things from other cultures.
3. Only the idiotic ones where showed.

Generalizations fail because no two people are the same, let alone an entire country. It is not people that do not know what Masques are that make the world more stupid. It is people that are ignorant such as yourself.

 

One thing I've learned in these last few minutes is if you want someone or a group of people to listen to you complain about Americans being stupid, don't look stupid yourself. You're making yourself look like a complete idiot.
