Grad Maps/Distortion filter lol... I've made so many sigs with those two. Idk if they are my faves, or two I just use a lot. I guess I love the blur/sharpen tools. XD

The move tool, I'd be at a loss without it. lol

    Eraser tool.

Excess Smudging works on a small scale but when you try and do it on a large canvas, there is no hiding your errors. It's clear what brush you've used, how you've used it. I'd bet not very many people here could create a large scale sig with as much detail and clarity as a regular sized one.

you are absolutely correct. and thats why we are all attracted to sigs. because they are nice and small and errors are easy to hide.

    It's a feature for CS4
yes, that is how I have been teaching eguitar how to use photoshop.

I can watch what he is doing on his screen, instruct him through my mic, and also take control over his PC if i needed to.

Filter>Distort>Displace... That count? Really helpful when it comes to fast smudging and giving GREAT effects.

    Lens Flare!!!!!!

    Umm.... This is awkward...

I like smudge, Photo Filters, Gradient Maps, Hue and Saturation, Brightness and Contrast, Pen Tool, Sharpen and the Layer Options (Overlay, Softlight, Color Dodge, etc.) I mainly do C4d and heavy effect sigs though so idk... Oh and the Color Select tool is FTW.
