I am making a map with a mountain. It is one of the big focal points of the map. It is in the crypt and in a corner. I want it to look good because it is what most people will see when they see the map. It is made of slanted walls at about the max incline that can still be climbed. The problem I am haveing is that I want a smooth good looking side that is not all square. The mountain is 3 walls high and needs to make a 90 degree turn. I am currently using large stone collums. I slant them to the right angle the real problem is that they do not want to stay in place. I am using the S&Q method with lots of braces. man canons do not seem do able. the curve also needs more tuning. the blocks are in the air so I had to make my own platform. I am looking for either a better way of doing it or some helpful ideas. (do not send me to forging 101, I know how to do all that stuff.)
for a little more explination it is a reverse upside-down banked curve. hope that helps.

Uh, I didn't really fully understand your paragraph, but I could make out that you do need help making slants and curves. What I do is, save+quit an item, and then place teleporter nodes that act as braces around it, then float another object, and then place braces on that, and etc.

Also, try using two, or even three other players (idle, of course) to help you position it perfectly.

Did you not read that paragraph? He said he's already tried Saving and Quitting with braces and with mancannons.

Sorry, I'm not good at building that kind of stuff, but maybe you might not want to save and quit rather than rest it on a double block or something. That could be a lot easier.
