[/URL] [/URL] After Dark [/URL] [/URL] I See You [/URL] Q&A here is the answers to some questions i have been asked Well i was thinking it would be more like in cloverfield where the military had n o choice and no time to get their units out and thought there was no hope for them anyway I made it in the crypt because if i didn't than i would run out of objects quicker because i would have to build barriors on all sides but the crypt has walls. The crypt is also much more gloomy than the upper level and i wanted my map to have that sort of feel to it i hope this answered your question. well actually the pieces are nicely interlocked and strategecly placed to look like broken buildings Well i see where you are coming from but actually he is really easy to kill he just has a turrent and all the differant zombies means it is equal to the human but their stuff spawns after a while so they are not all out at once and the turret one spawns ofter while so it is not much of a problem Well i was tired when i made the post and just wasn't caring for grammer at the time i'm sorry don't mention it again please OK. SUPER SPECIAL THINGY And make a video of it or just record it and show it to me
First off, I would like to say that you really got me interested in your map when i saw the intro. After reading the entire thing i was a little disappointed because the map wasn't up to the expectations that i was hoping for. The map is pretty amazing, but i was hoping for a bit more. The only thing that you could fix would be like a few crooked walls and some random tunnels, but it is almost perfect. I was wondering if you could get in any vehicles. If i missed it its my fault, but i don't think you put that in. Im going to give it a 4.5/5 because it needs just a little tiny bit of tweaking but thats it. AMAZING
No you cant get in veichles and i metioned that in the paper text The crooked wall are because the city has already been bombed but they are all interlocked and the random tunels are either pieces of the crashed sky scraper or ruined other buildings or just buildings in general but that you for the review and have nice day p.s it plays better than it looks.
i dont really like the map.when i downloaded it i thought it was sloppy to have tanks on a small compact map.you should take them off or make a v2. 2.5/5
ok did you even read the post you cant drive the tanks and it is supposed to be sloppy because it is a city after it has been bombed why dont you dl the map a game and play it if you dont read the whole post and write a good review based on what you really know not from pictures sorry if i sound mean but i dont like it when people do that
10/10. The Map looks really realistic. All the piled up rubble actually looks like a building that gone blown up. Also the idea is very original. Good Work. Lol...pandemic nice gametype name.
The description is nicely made and it really made me think the map would be good as well. Alothugh the map itself looks very messy and not well forged, did you mean to make it like that? Because all it looks like you did was put random stuff everywhere and make a gamtype for it.
Great description/intro. I really liked that, despite its length and poor spelling/grammar. I love how your map gives the feel of a destroyed and ruined town. A few problems though-- some parts seemed too small. Also, the map doesn't seem big enough. Try opening up the map a bit and create more base-type places.
i did personaly like the map... i havent DL yet but i mite, the whole idea of the broken buildings got my attention. so i giv 5/5 good job mate

Interesting. First off, I was intrigued by the graphics surrounding the text in your description, but the amount of spelling errors was a bit off-setting. Better grammar helps people take your post seriously. As for the map and gametype, they both seem sufficient, but nothing seems to stand out. There are numerous city style infection maps already in circulation, and this seems to have nothing to set it apart. The broken or "bombed" buildings are a interesting idea, but I cannot appreciate how they are constructed. A simple jumble of blocks looks like a pile of, well, blocks. In order to create the illusion that there is a collapsed building, you need to forge a rubble pile that seems realistic. Perhaps leave a section of the building intact. In any case, the building must look like it has already collapsed, and not as if it is currently collapsing. The rest of the map seems a bit sloppy, to be honest. In order to create the illusion of a partially destroyed city, you must create contrast between the desolated and the surviving structures. Perfectly parallel walls and seamless floors would create a stark image against a devastated backdrop. As for the layout of the map, I cannot gain much insight from the pictures, and I don't plan to download, so I cannot comment. I can say, however, that the aesthetic tanks are a bit massive for the confined quarters of the streets. I would stick with warthogs. I had to do a bit of a facepalm once I saw the "turret zombie". Gametype is so important in a map, and with such a large variety of zombies, things are bound to get messed up. I would urge you to stick as close to the Save One Bullet gametype as possible; Bungie made it that way for a reason. Overall, a very interesting map, but it needs more polishing. If you plan to remake it, I would suggest using Foundry as a template, due to its large amounts of "city" scenery.

I am sorry people but please learn how to spell. Awesome, your, you, description, definite, strategically, different, turret, often. Also, learn when to use there, their, or they're. Sorry for being a jackass but I couldn't take it. EDIT: Not a single period(.) in this. Just out of curiosity, how old are you and what grade are you in?

It kind of looks like the map is currently collapsing, not already collapsed. Like the big-post guy, I can't appreciate how these kinds of maps are made. Even if you did, interlock, which I THINK you did, it will always look like a big pile of blocks. I just don't like the idea of this. Sorry. Also I was going to quote your map post and fix grammatical errors, but they have been pointed out, so there is no need.
Here is a link to the beginning of a machinima it takes place on the map and is pretty cool it shows off all good points of the map and bad ones to but mostly good ones it lets you see what it is like with only two survivors left before the boss zombies because for some reason they were not in it till near the end oh well i hope you like it video by aundre skribble
"Flamer Zombie" LMAO. The map looks interesting. You did a good job of making it look a little wrecked up. I also appreciate the time you spent on making the post. I will try to give you some feedback after playing on it tommorow.
You do realize that no one can drive the cars, right? To have a map like this and play driving the vehicles would just be absurd! I really like the complex nature of this map, especially the broken buildings.
first i thought this is just a sloppy map but this time its interlocked then i took a look at the video and that convinced me because it really gives you a feeling your in a destroyed town and the corners everywhere where zombies can strike really cool and the light effects
