The bubbles all look the same. Interesting piece, can't really say anything to improve except your text.
That'd make a good 'Picture Unrelated' base "Picture Unrelated: But it's a Magikarp" Anyways, the actual picture is okay, but the bubbles and words could use some revamping iIMO. Nice job!
