Is there a way to restore a computer to it's condition it came as from the factory? There's nothing I'm worried about losing on my computer because I have all my music and movies on my pod and can just transfer them back after. The reason being is because I cannot open any program unless it is through run file, and that only works with iTunes and going to websites.

What operating system? Because you have to system restore and the only way I know how to do that is on Vista 32b
You have to search for System Restore and just it explains itself. You should be able to find it with other operating systems, but I don't think XP or Mac has a search function so it would take some digging.
So to sum that up, use "System Restore"

Alternatively you can just format your hard drive.

If you find you insert a disk with the operating system on it then you can just reinstall the OS.
