Im in really big need of people whom are good at making websites and stuff. i am trying to make a website that has to do with halo, forge, finding customs, MLG Hotel arrangments, and and a ton of other stuff but im not complex in computers all around. im good at somethings but not god. =P
www.freeforums.org Create your own forum because it takes quite along time to make a website from scratch. Otherwise, begin to learn to code or hope for someone VERY NICE. You could also buy whatever software you want for a forum site, phpBB Simple Machines vBulletin (FH runs this) PhpBB and SMF are both free and both have their ups and downs while vBulletin is about $100-$180 (depending on which licence). After you buy/download the forum software, you should be able to make your own server, again for money, at Bluehost.com or go for a free version of a hosting, which is pretty good if your site is small, from 000webhost.com. Though I cant really explain how to set these up, I could do it for you or you could just youtube or google how and something should come up. Requesting move.
