Good map, squid! The games I played on this were all continuously exciting. The flag games were like a long game of tug-of-war. Needz moar AC and shotgunz... so I can nab that Out-Phantomed.

i personally dont like forging or playing sandbox maps but this one is very well put together. watch out for Wasted Lemur's and me iTzxTheMetal's map Labyrinth on foundry with help from Zombievillan.
Hey great map Squid!! I finally got around to playing it yesterday, and its already one of my favorites. Its perfect for 1v1 or double team, and its just what i've been lookin for! I agree, it does feel a lot like halo 1. Its also an excellent CTF map. Well done man, well done! Oh and Squid, I challenge you to a 1v1 match on your map! Yaha!
While this map doesn't really have many aesthetics, it does have AMAZING gameplay. I played FFA Snipers on this and it was fantastic. There really isn't a gametype that doesn't work well for this. Definately worth Dl'ing
It's a very, very good map, but personally, I don't think it's feature-worthy. There's better maps out there. I know, I know, squihands is a colored member.. Privileges and all. Anyhow, as I said, very very good map, nevertheless One of my favourites.
It doesnt have anything to do with him being a colored member, you jackass. Plenty of normal members have been featured. Go cry somewhere else if you have a problem.
Adding on to that, no staff member's map has been featured since February. you do the math. And only 3 staff maps have been featured so far in 2009 (Cenotaph doesnt count because it was a contest winner, not decided by staff, and Ivory Snake isnt staff anymore anyway). Think before you speak. We're much more objective than you give us credit for. This map has set the bar as the top Skybubble map thus far. A well-deserved feature.
And anyway, every premium/architect on this site started off as a normal member. Sure the premiums' maps get more attention because they are expected to be high quality map, hence their rank.
Fantastic map I haven't had a chance to play objective on it but it plays slayer phenomenally well. The map design is fantastic and it also looks amazing. Congrats on the feature, this map deserves it 100%

i totally played this map before it was on forgehub and it rocks. there is nothing i can say to improve it because it's one of the best maps that i have played on. So none of you people can send me another infraction for SPAM posting. 5/5*
Alright, alright. My apologies, my post may have been somewhat rushed, but nevertheless, I've played maps that play better. I believe my statement of coloured members and privileges may sound somewhat insulting - It's just that I only very recently noticed the "do you want to see a map featured?" sticky, and there it says coloured members get such privileges. So that tinted my reply. Before that, I thought the maps were just picks by staff members, that were debated amongs staff members, and then posted. EDIT: Also, reviewing a map subjectively is really hard, though. Seeing as every session is different, and you may have a good time playing it once, and a bad one playing it later. But don't get me wrong, I know what you mean - point taken. Just wanted that as a little side-note :EDIT Let's review what I said, again. You guys rushed your replies just as much as I rushed mine. Then again, I assume I'd take a defensive position if I was in your shoes as well. Also, real mature, Titmar. Real mature.
Maybe they are colored for a reason. Perhaps on a forging site, a premium member may be a premium forger. This means that their forging is very good. Therefore, their products or maps will be very good. This must make total sense. Premium Member on ForgeHub = Premium Forge Maps. Yes? To get a map featured it must have two qualities. Featurable Known When I say Featureable, I mean a map that is good enough to be posted on the Front Page. If a map is good enough, it will be featured. The second part of the equation is questionable. To get a map featured, it must first include the first quality I mentioned. If it does, the second quality must be added. People need to know about your map to get featured. If no one knows about it, it will not get featured. This is why more members with colored names get features. They are well-known therefore their work is too. It may sound elitist, but is the truth. But, remember. Not every featured is from a colored member. I have seen features from people whom I have never heard of. But, wait. It's not all bad, is it? No. These members were not always colored. Premiums have proved their skill. Loyals have proved their dedication. Not every loyal is amazing at forge, but they are dedicated to a site based on forge, aren't they? If you are truly dedicated to a community, most likey you are good at what it's about. Aren't the most dedicated students the best? They are. Same thing goes with staff. They usually start of from one of the ranks mentioned above. They prove their worth further. The staff are like coaches. If you are a coach of a Basketball team, you probably know a great deal about the sport. Sure being a coach and being a moderator are different, but the idea is the same. I hope this clears up some misconceptions. If you think I am just supporting the staff, refer to the color of my name.
Haha squid you got a feature, good job man. Seems like a pretty cool map. I was looking for a good 1v1 map and I saw this one on the front page, and it looks like It'd be great to "warm up" on.
by looking at it i think this map has a lot of great ambush spots and also a bunch of defendable postions. but just like the dude in the second comment, it looks strangly familar.. was it from Halo: Combat Evolved? and which map was it?
