The point of this game is to survive as long as possible while in a vehicle. Weapons:3 Snipers, 3 shotguns, 3 Battle Rifles, 3 pairs of SMGs, and 3 Rocket Launchers. Weapons do not respawn. first of all i have said this to people but don't overpower the humans with tanks and heavy weapons and its i little to open try adding some buildings and taking away the tank and heavy weapons.
Only one tank that never respawns. If the zombie knows what hes doing he can take it down quik. I added lots of Debris for the zombies to hide behind so its not open.
Whats keeping the humans from not just camping right in the center with all these convient toys right infront of them? I think you need to work on this alot. Possibly add some buildings or spread out the weapons so theres a reason to go out for the humans.
Hate to say it dude, but even though nothing respawns apparently, the humans should still easily kill the zombie about as many times as it takes for the zombie to give up and quit. Scorpions have unlimited ammo that should be a one-shot kill unless the zombie has some god like resistance. And considering how there's nothing in the center of the map to block the scorpion's shots no one will have a shot at destroying that bad boy. Coupling that with two gauss cannons and three chain guns (all of which have infinite ammo as well) there's no hope for the zombie. This is extremely one sided.
For you to do that, you should force the humans to leave the entire center area through conveniently placed fusion coils that respawn 30 seconds (or whatever you so choose) into the game all around the center, so that any humans camping there are either instantly killed by one fusion coil that drops in, or are easy to kill by any zombies that decide to hit one of the fusion coils, setting off a chain reaction of death (whichever you choose). About the zombie spawn area, is that where they start spawn, or is it where they respawn as well? If it is, I would suggest spreading respawn points throughout the dunes so that the zombies can't be camped easily and have a better chance of overwhelming humans (if they have good tactics). It's nice to see an old-school Sandtrap vehicle chase map on Sandbox, but I would try to do something to make it more original, such as making original, gameplay altering map geometry, or changing some aspect of the gametype (zombie traits maybe?) the gametype to have original, gameplay altering settings. About the map, I would suggest tear-drop merging most all of the randomly spread cover. You could also put not-so-randomly spread cover in various regions of the map to give it aesthetic themes, such as was done in Death Valley.
Thanks for the good idea. I might just do that. The zombie spawn is just the starting spawn. There is spawn points all around the map.
I have removed the tank. Kill balls spawn over vehicles and weapons after 30 seconds. Debris have been added to the center. Zombie strength and speed increased. Links are updated for new map and gametype.
