I think the effects give an interesting coloration to the monitor. You can still see a slight outline of the horizon in the background which is really cool, though the background is totally washed out. In a sense that's a good thing as well because it really draws attention to the monitor. Overall well done, and even a bit mesmerizing. 4/5 from me.

I really like this shot, mostly because of the light play and the contrast. The light play in theis shot is really well done, it washes out the background alot, but not so much that we can't see it. It also turns the moniter and interesting shade of pink and makes a light glow, which looks really cool. The contrast of this screenshot is really simple yet effective, by putting the moniter against a a blue ocean and slightly clouded sky (a traditionaly old image) we contrast new technologila beauty (the streamline and modified edges of the moniter) with timeless wonder (the sky and the ocean). Final word: This pic looks really cool, I hope to see more of your moniter shots 4.5/5
