Few are left who know the ture meaning behind the giant red skull even fewer who know about the blue skull CTF N.BOMB CONQUEST DOWNLOAD SKULLS ATLAS POST RED SKULL BLUE SKULL OVERVIEW 1 OVERVIEW 2 DOWNLOAD SKULLS Skulls{AKA The Red Skull} is a symmetrical map set up for objective games.This map is designed,and does,play like a smaller version of default sandbox most of the weapons are still there with a few additions.The platform in front of the mouth is roughly the same height as the s.box bases and there are numerous ways in and out of the courtyards below. Inside the mouth{s} is the flag spawn points and the return is on the top of the tongue there are also 2 tunnels and areas in front of the jawbone that add a lot to the gameplay WEAPONS,VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT The weapon layout is symmetrical in each base there are - MONGOOSE side of the base WARTHOG - near the edge of the base SPIKE G. - On the tip of the tongue BATTLE RIFLE x2 - Leaning against the flat block in each base PLASMA G x2 -next to the B rifles MAGNUM x 2 against the internal wall next to the mongoose BRUTE SHOT -opposite the magnums inside base BUBBLE SHIELD- next to the red column next to the warthog TRIP MINE - REGEN- inside the shielded starting areas POWERDRAIN - behind the higher slit wall Outside the bases behind the double walls there is SHOTGUN - 1 clip 90 sec behind the walls ROCKET LAUNCHER - 2 rockets 120 sec opposite the shotgun Along the centre line there is SPIKE G. - either side beneath the arches FLAMETHROWER - right in the middle GRAV LIFT - next to the flamethrower TRIP MINE - either end between the gold columns Outside the bases are the most used respawn points as with the default sandbox layout they are behind the large corner blocks to the side of the skulls and there are more in and around the bases. The starting points are directly underneath the skulls behind the shield doors for all gametypes,mainly for the visual impact of the giant skull staring at you! Just by looking at the pictures this map looks very fun. The skulls are really awesome and as far as I know are pretty original. I would give this a 9/10. Really cool. EDIT: I played. Jaw droppingly fun 10/10
Wow man this looks freakin awesome. I can't wait to check this out here in a minute. The skulls look aesthetically pleasing and I like how the mouth/jaw bone area is where the flag spawns. The layout seems pretty interesting too. One question though, how are you supposed to play conquest on this. It doesn't really look like conquest but hey, what do I know. lol anyways overall this looks awesome and hopefully it plays awesome. Aesthetics--5/5
I remember testing this it plays well and it looks like you improved the map from the last time i played it. I think thats actualy me with the security helmet on lol . Good asethetics and the gameplay was good i reccomend this to anyone its worth a game or two on . :] good work
First thank you I am pleased you like it While this is not a strict conquest map like the very cool gold rush it is still fun the 5 points are- the center in each base courtyard in front of the mouths It works well however ctf and n bomb work better Thanks for helping and commenting its always good to have feed back from someone who has played the map
Wow that has to be one of the best if not the best symmetrical map in the game. The aesthetics are great, it stands way out above the rest. And it looks like it PLAYS well too! Wow, one hell of a map. Can't wait to try it out. This might actually be a new feature
ok, so i do have to say, this is probly the best symmetrical map on sandbox, and others might agree. Adding the "Skulls" makes an awsome aesthetically feeling, if that would make since lol. I love the design for the Flag/Bomb cap from action picture #2. you dont see that kind that often. Addding one the of filters to change the color kinda makes it bright in my opinion. Well i dont have anything else to say sadely, its just a really nice map to me, so nice job with the map, keep it up
The first thing I thought when looking at this map was that it was an accidental post that should have been artistic but then I actulaly saw the map part. I gotta say nice job you mixed fun gameplay and visual awe inspiring structures nice work. By the way if you throw a grav lift onto one of the damaged columns you can get to the top of the skulls just thought I would let you know if you have cash you may want to hold them down. If you don't know of the weird gravlift damaged column rocket combo try it just throw a grav lift on one to see what I mean.
I am fully aware of the grav lift column combo and you can NOT get on the skulls using it in combat so you gain no advantage its also a watse of the grav lift which serves fits numerous roles The reason that the columns are there is because they move when pushed with the hog and add variety to the gameplay which is why they are not just small columns the grav lift also adds a great amounf of fun to the gameplay throwing vechiles and players into the air and being use for quick access to the flag area so it is staying Every aspect of this map has been considered and tested exstensivley
