    UPDATE! Download v1.1!

    What's New?
    - Center structure now slightly taller, more substantial.
    - Added cover to middle.
    - Added a jump UP out of the hole into Ghost garage.
    - A few new nooks 'n crannies.
    - Spawn point and respawn area fixes in Slayer and CTF.
    - Accidental late item spawn fixed.
    - Other, barely noticeable things.

    Story:
    This map started out as a remake of a past map of mine, built on Foundry, called Penumbra. But it quickly came into it's own.
    Once past the "remake" idea, the map had no planning or ideas behind it, other than to make it awesome.

    Large, symmetrical, good for sniping, suits up to 12 players.

    Recommended Gametypes:
    -Slayer (FFA, team)
    -CTF (multi, single and neutral flag)
    -Oddball
    -Assault (multi, single, and neutral bomb)
    -King of the Hill

    Looks like a decent map, but the center is way too open. Assuming your out of budget objects I would take a few pieces off the bases so you can get a bit of cover in those middle areas. Otherwise looks pretty good, 7/10

    Wow this maps looks really good, the buildings fit and look aesthetically pleasing. Maybe it is just me but I feel as if the middle is rather blank besides the structure there. But that is just me. Awesome map 5/5

    People are going to tell you to add cover to the center, I'm going to tell you not to. there is already a circular ring going around the map, and by leaving the middle open, you are forcing people to use those routes. By forcing people to take the outside routes, it makes the map feel bigger, because there is a longer walk from base to base. it also leaves room for people who choose to use the ghost, adding an element to the game. I will tell you to do one thing with the center structure- build it higher. By building it higher you cut off tome of the lines of sight across the map, people with a good br shot, or those that grab the sniper will have a field day shooting cross map.

    It's a good map, really well to play on especially with objectives. The middle is left open, mainly because of budget and lack of idea's, but also because the map doesn't need more in the middle. I helped with testing his map, and also some added touches, but very small additions. The map is very good, and I'm proud of it myself even if it's not my own, I did still help make it.

    PS, a v1.1 is in the works.

    I wanted to have the middle open, mainly to keep people along the outside, taking the longer route between bases.

    Sniping can get intense. Because of the layout, most sniper battles are played out from base-to-base, across the map.
    Before I had added the tunnels, sniping was incredibly frustrating and, well, bad. Since there were few ways to get around the map, and since those paths were all in the open, if one team got both snipers, it gave the team an unfair advantage.
    After the tunnels were added, it gave players alternate routs, and thus, made it harder for a sniper to always know where you are.


    I'm reworking the center structure, and giving it a little bit more substance. It's gotten a little bit higher, obstructing the sight-lines between the lower areas in the corners.

    yeah the bases are huge and the center is very small. this would definately create some camping problems but the map overall looks very good

    While yes, the bases are large and the middle is small, there are a lot of things that intice people to keep moving.
    Since there are two of every weapon (except the splazer) no one person has an unfair advantage. Meaning, if one guy gets sniper and rockets and decides to camp shotty spawn, he'll still be seceptable to shotgun, sniper and rocket attacts.

    Though, that's a two person scenario.
    The map really needs more than just two people.

    With teams of, say, 2 or 3...
    Camping isn't a problem. There are few areas in the map that aren't frequented.

    It looks like a very good symetric map. I couldn't tell at first by the pictures. But, wow. This map is awesome, it has hiding spots, buildings, and everything. I'd love to play on this map 5/5.

    Wondering weather or not you finished it and its up for download. My friends and I love this map. Custom Team Doubles is a blast on this map. 5/5

    The bases are huge. It is amazing how big they are. This looks like you executed this very good. It also appears very even and fair. The gameplay is most likely balanced well. In all, you did a very good.

    This looks like a very good map. And i suppose you dont need another person telling you to put cover in do you? ill give you a 9/10

    V1.1 is great, when he showed it to me (I'm his guinea pig tester) I didn't notice the cover but I did notice the middle (around the time my head was blown off from a sniper shot -.-) The map plays well enough for most games (juggernaut and infection untested due to lack of people) but we tried 1v1 with everything else and assault and ctf are among my favorites and I could see how well it would work with 3-4 players on 2 teams.

    He speaks the truth, objectives are really fun. Even 1v1.

    In assault, the bombs spawn at the ground floor I the bases, and the plant points are on the roof. It makes for some hectic plays.
    CTF is prety basic. Neutral flag is the best.

    Anyway, DOWNLOAD 1.1! :D

    i really enjoyed this map. it reminds me of hang em high. not exactly in the look but the feel. the layout of the bases is very unique. good forging overall. the center structure is very cool looking. 5/5 amazing job!!!

    1 question : i loaded this in 2 Flag and in the center structure there was a floating flag spawn point. is that supposed to be there?

    Thanks. Yeah, I actually get the same feeling from the map.
    It was completely unintentional. I also feel a little bit of headlong.

    That's the neutral point. Since the slpazer is there, if I put the flag on the ground, I think I pushes she laser through the ground at the beginning of the round.

    Well, I'm not sure exactly how to make the gametype itself, but all you need to do to make a map compatible is place a flag spawn point and set it to neutral.
