FUSION v2 I got some advice from a fellow FH member that a v2 could do some good with my map, FUSION. I took the advice and here it is. This map probably has awful gameplay. It's way too open. I really think you would be sniped immediatly and probably spawn killed across the map. Kind of sad. This map needs a lot of work, like a middle. Thats my only problem. It's way too open. Fix it please.
You should really put something like a building in the middle with tunnels leading to it, but you can walk out of the building. This map has too much open space and has a boring feel to it. Add some more buildings to the bases also maybe? And removing the fusion coils seem like a nice idea.
Please ignore the peoples post above, they are rude and should be discarded. This map is a great improvement from your first version but it still does still need a little more work. I would suggest making a version three putting a new structure in the middle. It would really make the map seem a little less open and would probably cut off a lot of sniper lines which helps game play. I would also suggest placing a couple walls in the area on the first picture. One thing I like in the map is the carbine base. It looks like it supplies good cover but also looks to have good lines. I give this map a 4/5 right now but I would make a version 3 with more cover. edit-talking about second 2 comments
I agree with some of the people here, it is a good start, but only a start. This map is far from complete. Whats needed is a middle structure and much, much more cover. But other that that, it is a pretty good start. And Arkwalker, I'm pretty sure your comment is spam
thanks to all of you who didnt spam and gave constructive critism edit: i tried to keep it open due to the fact there are vehicles, so should I remove the 2 mogoose? also, sniper king- the map is about having fun! i guess lol
I like the structures, they are really well forged, but you seem to have just given up towards the end.... which I completely understand cuz I have gotten to that point numerous times making my maps. I know you have the capability due to the structure of your various parts of the map, but you need a few in the middle, and add a lot of smaller structures to add cover because I'm pretty sure if you even attempt to cross the middle of the map, you'll get blown away by like six sniper shots at once going through ur helmet. Add these in ur next version of the map and I'll DL. By the way, I give you props for making a map on foundry, so many people just ignore these posts and look for Sandbox maps, so it's nice to see some maps from the good old classic forge map. 7/10 for now
Im pretty sure when we suggested a V2 almost everybody said make some more structures in the middle, oh well. The best part of this map is the carbine shack, and the tiny little shooting spot for it.
ha the carbine shack was a b*tch to forge edit: yeah your right ice wolf, ha i wonder what people forged on the most before foundry.
