Working Created by Bob Marley 117 Supported Gametypes: Slayer, Capture the Flag, Assault, Oddball, King of the Hill Map Description I designed the map in the vein of Lockout, Guardian, Ascension, and other small, competitive maps. I wanted Lockout-esque jumps in my map, or at least place an importance on jumps. Also, after browsing Sandbox variants for a while here on Forgehub, I've noticed a problematic trend. Many people who forge in the skybubble do not put guard or cheat rails to prevent people from falling off the map easily. It might not seem important, but after many playtests on my map, that was the biggest complaint I got. People simply can't fight long range or short range contests and pay attention to their footing easily. If you don't believe me, look at Lockout and Guardian; although it is possible to fall off the map, it is near impossible to do so simply by walking. Therefore, on my map, you will see there are few places where falling off is possible. I left certain spots open to allow jumps more easily. The name of the map bears no significance to it, I'm just not creative in that sense. As for the cracks in the floor under the hammer spawn, they were intentional. I did not want people who passed through that area to be easily grenade trapped. I feel that the slit walls also add to the sense of height above the sandy floor below. The kill ball is also for aesthetic quality. I know that many people are annoyed by killballs, so feel free to remove it or edit the map in anyway you deem fit, I just ask that you ask for my permission first. Yeah it would be cleaner if I was better at Forge haha. I did interlock in many places, but I'm still not that great.
For one, apollo that is spam. for two this map is beautiful! I have noticed what you mean bob marley about the railings. on most forge maps that I play on, they dont have rails which sucks since I am used to using intricate manuvers when at close range which often launches me off the edge. I cant see any problems with this map what so ever. I love how u placed the kill ball and frown upon whoever doesn't like kill balls for effect. This is a definate dl and 5/5

Ok, I had to make sure I read your whole post before I complained about the lack of interlocking under the hammer spawn. Now I know why. I still say you should, at least, interlock down there in a way that makes those cracks look more intentional and not just careless. Seems to have ample cover, too. I just wonder if it is built to play objective games also?
Well yeah, I did set it up for CTF and Assault, but I'm not too sure about the spawns, I might need help with those, check them out and tell me what you think.
Actually, not bad. I like this and i like your style. Most maps i don't really dl because i like to keep only the best of the best on my Hard Drive but ill give this one a try. Note, it won't stay there if the gameplay isn't good but I am honestly impressed.
