Although due to legal issues Golden Eye did not come out on XBLA, here is what I think might change Nintendo's mind. What if Microsoft let Nintendo have Master Chief as a downloadable character for Super Smash Brother's Brawl (if this is even possible). THen Microsoft could have Goldeneye on the XBLA. It probably will not happen though...
Master Chief on Brawl *Imagines Master Chief's final Smash as he fires a giant laser or flies around in a Hornet*. That would be sweet if they had downloadable characters in brawl. Goldeneye would be sweet on arcade.
