conquital v2

    this is my first conquest map and its on orbital so there might be some difrences between red and blue team, concidering the red team spawns at a higher level of the map. this hasnt seemed to effect gameplay that mutch though.
    everything you dont see on the picture is locked out, sorry about that.

    what ive done difrent from v1 is that i have straightened up the walkways so that the look neater.

    Didn't I already see this posted like yesterday?

    Oh my bad.

    Doesn't look symmetrical enough for someone's first Conquest map. You might want to check out Gunnergrunt's Conquest Guide to see if your map meets the standards of a Conquest map. Cheers!

    So...this still has a bit of work to do before it becomes a Conquest map. For one, the broken path leading up to the middle territory seems like it could be really frustrating for anyone playing the map (which you want to avoid, especially for Conquest maps). Shotguns need to go: they're too powerful for Conquest and should be replaced with Maulers. At the same time, your weapon placement could use a bit of help: of all the weapons you advertised, I can only see two in your photos, and weapons should be easy to notice. Power weapons should be off the beaten path, but in locations that are very easy to notice, same with any grenades. This includes Maulers, Snipers, Brute Shots, grenades, and Needlers (if you have them). All of the other weapons (Plasma Pistols, Plasma Rifles, SMGs, Spikers, ARs, BRs, and Carbines) need to be right in the main run-path, easy to notice and easy to pick up in passing. You probably need more weapons in your map (because the only ones I see are sad and lonely), and it wouldn't hurt if you had more scenery objects to give it a better feel.

    For a first conquest map, it's not that bad, and it can probably turn into something great with a bit of work. Don't give up, and keep revising it, and you'll be good to go. ^_^

    thanks for the remake on the deathpit. it looks alot neater now, and i guess theres not enough god objects to make a tele cage?

    i'm not shure if i can make a tele cage, concdering the fact i have no idea what it is, if you have the time i would be glad if you sendt me an invite and show me.
