http://www.bungie.net/stats/Halo3/FileShare.aspx?gamertag=Dank%20Skills NOTICE: Please excuse the sloppiness of the map. I just wanted to get the general idea laid out. I will update it with a cleaned up v2 later on, if you guys like it. But i didnt want to spend too long on making everything perfect and fusing things together just to have people not like it. In other words this is a "rough draft". More intricate designs will be implemented later I have worked on forge for a while now but this is the first time actually posting my work. Please dowload and give me feed, on what i can improve on and make better. k Right now its only set up for Slayer and FFA right now, i may introduce CTF and possibly Ball in the future. Here it is Screens:
Re: Oblivion V1 (warlock inspired) Doesnt look cramped to me. Good Job. Very nicely put together. If i were you i would try my hand at interlocking. It is an invaluable technique.
Re: Oblivion V1 (warlock inspired) Umm he did use interlocking the map looks wery good very well laid out but you really should not release an unfinished map its just more hassle in the long run. and welcome to Forge Hub :squirrel_hug:
Re: Oblivion V1 (warlock inspired) It looks like a very simple, but fun slayer map. If you're going to add gametypes, be SURE to add Neutral Bomb, this map would be PERFECT for it! And make sure to add 3rd team spawns and 4th team spawns to the map. Multi team looks like it'd be a lot of fun on this map.
Re: Oblivion V1 (warlock inspired) Thanks for the comments guys. I used a bit of interlocking but nothing major. I just wanted to get general feed back on the design of it first. V2 is coming soon.
Re: Oblivion V1 (warlock inspired) It looks like it has a lot of similar features to it. Was this a spiritual successor to it? It looks good for competitive play. I would like to see more of the map because you really just focus on the center in your pictures. Edit: I feel like an idiot. I just saw the second part of the title.
Re: Oblivion V1 (warlock inspired) I like the way you put your own touch in the middle tower. Those corner walls make it look interesting. Also I like how it looks as if you rotated all four of the surrounding platforms so it looks less like a square and more like a diamond shape.
