Map Title: KALAK, Russia A re-imagingation of the CoD2 Classic. Download Map Description: Not a remake, per se, yet a re do of the CoD2 map, Kalak. I believe I have effectivly kept the old feel of the original but better suited it for Halo play. The map is basically a square, with a few changes. DISCLAIMER: I did not interlock this map. Why? because I am lazy. Anyways, one on side of the square you see the turret base, complete with a small back room, witch contains spikers and a battle rifle. Adjacent to this base is a small sniper hideout, with a human sniper, bubble shield, and plasma nades. On the other side of the Base is a long walkway, leading to a back base and hallway. Follow the hallway through, and one will find a third base, complete with BR's and equipment. Next to that Is a large building, with a sniper up top. The main floor area contains scattered weapons and such. This map looks extremely sloppy and very unorganized. You desperately need to interlock and line up alot of this map. Perhaps you'd be interested in some of the tips posted in Forging 101.
the map isn't that pleasing to the eye. You shoud try merging it can really help make maps look better
That's pretty awesome. I like how you use fence walls as a floor/platform. I do that a lot too. It's a great technique.
