dude you dont need someone realiable, you need some one to carry you. Your only a 22? Try to get to a 45= by yourself like i did, then start looking for a realiable dubs partner. And also i think you mean GOOD player not reliable!
I'm not saying it's easy to get to 45 on your own in Doubles, not by a long shot. But why would you bother? Doubles is 2 on 2, thus meaning that you should really have a partner who you work well with. I don't really see the point in going in to Doubles on your own, just play TS or, better yet, FFA. To the OP, good luck finding a partner. I'm a 44 in Doubles so it probably wouldn't be a good idea going in with me. It takes aaaaaages to find a match with such a big rank difference, and when you do it's generally a high ranked guy with his mate on a new account leveling up, meaning that you're basically playing two 40-45s. If you do get a partner then bear in mind that you should try to stick with someone and improve as a double team if it doesn't go great at first. Dubs is all about really tuned team play, so if you find a partner you have to remember that it'll take time to become a well oiled team. Find someone your comfortable with and be prepared for things to be hard at first, a good team chemistry will come if you have the right guy and work at it, I wish you the best of luck dude.
Although his post may be a bit harsh, I kind of have to agree. At that level I doubt you will find someone "reliable" to play with. If I were you, I would try to party up with good partners you get matched up with and send them a friend request. Make sure they have a mic so they can communicate with you. Your best option is to find real life friends to play with. Playing with friends > playing with randys. Good luck man.
