    Map Title: Colony
    Colony is a small symmetrical map for team based games.

    Download Map
    Download CTF Gametype
    Download Assault Gametype
    Download Slayer Gametype

    Description:
    This map is best for 2 flag CTF and nuetral assault gametypes. The map consists of 2 bases connected by a maze of tubes and a bridge between them. There is an OS and rockets on the map. There is also a mauler at each base. This map was created by A L0T, Mattra Machine and Spo5000. This is our first map post so any feedback would be fantastic. Download and enjoy!

    EDIT: The lights are now centered. Rocket has no extra clip. Mauler respawn time switched to 90 sec.

    one of the better floating maps i have seen, looks like it would get hectic, in a good way.
    Good forging skills! check out my map Pondera v1, i think you would like it!

    this map looks like it has some real potential! i like the design and the overall shape of the map. the only thing i can come up with at the moment, without playing the map, is that the red and blue lights looks kinda wierd, as they are off centred and greatly to 1 side. i think if u made them more central, or perhaps put them on top of those stone platforms uve got in there it would look better :) IMO. other than that i look forward to playing :)

    This looks like a great map but it looks like the lights are off-centered and next time you might want to put a weapons list of all the weapons on the map

    yeah i really do think that centering those lights will really boost the look of the map... i am yet to play but its already downloaded..will give it a spin some time later this evening :)

    The lights are fixed now and i added a weapon list. thanks for all the feedback. keep it coming!

    brilliant, its good that youve taken into account other peoples views. and i think now that uve done this it looks much neater and better all round :)


    great job! keep it up :)

    oh, and sorry to be a pain, but can i ask where uve placed the plasma grenades?

    The plasma grenades are on the bridge that goes across the middle of the map. You can see them in the last picture looking out from the os.

    It looks nice, but I'm sorry but I'll have to review it later after a DL. I don't see why anyone would say "it looks nice!" and leave that as a review. *spam sensor activated*

    This map looks pretty good. I like the layout of the map, it seems like it will set up some pretty tense battles. Also, it looks like it would be really great for Multi Flag. 4/5 for now!

    hey, i just played some slayer on ur map, and im not really sure what to think of it, i dont think it works particularly well for slayer, as its all enclosed, apart from each end, so there isnt much space to br etc, but i think it might work fairly well for CTF or something like that as u said in ur original post, maybe VIP. i also found that the floor in each end was really bumpy and uneven so i kept bouncing around, which disrupted my gameplay a little. And the lights look good now uve centered them :) 3/5

    yea, we definitely agree that slayer isn't the choice gametype. we are a lot more geared towards objective style gameplay. the unfortunate truth about the bumpy ground in the base was sadly unavoidable. i'm not entirely sure how to fix it, although i've tried many things. if anyone knows a way to make the walls work as a smooth ground, i would greatly appreciate some pointers...as always, thanks for the feedback.

    it looks clean but in my opinion i cant see any good gameplay out of it from the pics.i dont like how this is a small map that has both an OS and rockets.

    when i first started making my map, i did it in the sky bubble, and i was using double wall pieces for the floor, and i never had a problem with bumpy bits etc, i had every piece flat on the floor and flat against the other pieces. whereas on ur map, it seems to me that u may have pushed the wall pieces together a bit too much, which has caused them to raise up? either that or uve put them down at a slight angle instead of flat? I know that changing the flooring is going to be quite hard as uve got all the stuff around it, but i really think that it needs to be done..
