Be wise though for there are beacons of destruction along your path to taking what is rightfully yours...the red/blue flag of destiny. ------------------------------------- Ruins of Shadow is a mix between sandbox, beaver creek, and my other map named SandScorpian. It's especially good for capture the flag and neutral bomb. Team slayer is exceptional as well. This is my first post on Forgehub.com. Hope you all enjoy. This looks like a pretty good map but you might want to add more cover in the bottom area, looks pretty open on the sides

looks like a good map, very competetive however i do agree that it needs more cover on the ground level, or that sniper is gonna dominate way too much.
unlike a LOT of the UNSC trainee maps this one isnt half bad, i like the look of most of the map and gameplay looks like it would work out quite well 7/10
I really enjoy the concept of having all that crawlspace under the obstacles, and even more that you actually provided mongeese right next to the base so you can just drive under them from one side to the other. The sky path is also very cool. I'm a little disappointed that you didn't add tube ramps to areas where you could've, like before the second bridge up to blue's cannon (red has one so that should really be fixed), or by the shotgun/shield nooks. Adding a few more spawn points up towards the forward bunks might be good too, as well as more in/around the base. I also think the OS/Camo might do better being moved farther from the center. Overall a very playable and creative map. Oh, also when entering from the back of a base; it pinches and you have to jump if you try to walk towards the ramp on the left in the blue base and the right in the red.
looks good but i personally like simple maps... yours looks extremely complecated. it might be hard to find people becuase there is so much stuff and so much levels! and it seems like whoever is on the top level as a huge advantage becuase they can see the whole playing field but i havnt played it yet so i dont know
Looks good. But the catwalk uptop is going to be a death trap and the tubes on the sides that are the sniper towers dont fit with the map, i'd bag that idea. Looks like u gotta good concept though. 3/5
You can't really see a ton of the map from inside/on top of the pyramid; you have to leave (and I really like how easy it is to just leave it through those holes in the side). Up top there's no cover, so anyone thinking of camping up there... Plus if people come at you from above you can just enter the crawlspace and escape/wait for them to go away.
Wow, i appreciate the criticism. I will make those necessary changes. First, I'll add more spawn points, i thought i needed more anyway. Second, honestly i thought i did at the tube ramp on blue side lol...but i'll fix it. Third, I will try to make the sniper towers more intriguing and finally, i will move the os/invis further away from the center. The whole point of the map was the crawl spaces and mongoose (quick travel from one side to the other). Thanks again. I will wait for some more input before I make changes. Once i think i have enough, i will make them and create a new file in my fileshare but i will keep the old one as well. ~dEVILs
