    Banjo-Tooie release date

For any Banjo and Kazooie fans here at ForgeHub, the Banjo-Tooie release on the XBLA has been announced over at IGN. Banjo-Tooie will be released on the XBLA on April 29th for 1200 microsoft points, or $15.

I've been waiting to find out when this would be released. Anyone else, or am I a total loser? Lol.

I was going to get this on 64, then someone broke into my house and stole it along with the original, I'll be looking forward to this.

Whilst that is pretty cool, I much preferred the original Banjo Kazooie. I got pretty excited when I heard that the original was coming to XBLA, but looking now I can't find it on the Xbox.com list of Arcade games. Pretty annoying considering I was actually willing to shell out for this, especially considering the linked IGN article also implies that the original should be available on XBLA right now. Am I just being stupid here, does anyone know how I can get my e-hands on the original Banjo Kazooie?

Oh, and you aren't a loser, the Banjo Kazooie games rocked, one of the best series on the N64, up there with games like Goldeneye and Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

That's odd ... Banjo-Kazooie has been on the marketplace for a while now, and I've had it on my 360 for quite a while now ... I honestly can't understand why you wouldn't be able to find it.

Sweet, I love Banjo Kazooie. I 100%ed both games on the 64 and ive still got them somewhere. Best platformers EVER. Its a shame that they fuked with the ice key and secret eggs to unlock things in nutz and bolts, when they could have made them do what they were allways intended for. Dragon Kazooie in Tooie was amazing.

Nutz and Bolts was the biggest dissapointment of my gaming life, and the worst thing is, I knew it would be.

Finally I can play the whole game. Yes I got the first banjo kazooie on the arcade a few months ago and loved it and now I can't wait for this one.

    BANJO KAZOOIE FTW

I'm not as dissapointed in the 3rd game as much as you guys are..

Honestly, I have no idea why people are so disappointed. I actually had a lot of fun with it. A lot of the game was very nostalgic, especially Banjoland. Of course another platformer Banjo & Kazooie would've been nice, but Nuts & Bolts was still cool.

I agree with you on that 100%

While Nuts & Bolts may bring gamers to a new aspect of Banjo Kazooie, some parts of the game relatively stay true such as the characters. Characters return from the previous two games such as Mumbo, Mr Fit and Klungo. The music stays true aswell. Just because Kazooie lost her powers for a driveable trolley doesn't mean the game is terrible, I myself love the game

Tbh I literally just checked quickly on Xbox.com, I haven't got round to checking on the Xbox itself, so that's probably it. I should do though, a truly classic game and one I'd like to have on ma box.

That must be it, then. I just checked on Xbox.com myself, and I couldn't find it.

The game should be available on your xbox. Not sure why it's not available on Xbox.com it's been out long enough for them to update the site.
