This is my latest (and actually finished) map called Night Stalkers. I'm going to say this right away, I know this idea has been done before, I initially made this map just to be played with my friends, but when I finished it I thought it was good enough to post on Forgehub. When you try and download the map, it will say made by Biwer71, thats my account that actually has gold. Biwer, Rewib, get it? Download Nightmare City Map Variant Download Night Stalkers Gametype Description As the humans, you spawn inside of the city with an SMG and a Magnum, and you have many options available to you. Your starting weapons won't last you very long, so the first thing you would want to do is find new weapons, which are located in many different places throughout the map (by the way, the towers are blocked off). If you want, you can just go into one of the nearest buildings, although the weapons in them are fairly week, like more SMGs, and a few other human weapons, but this isn't your only option. If you want, you can find the nearest mongoose, and venture off into the very dark dunes, where more powerful weapons are located. There are three main "outposts" located in the dunes. The first one, the blue base, has human weapons, and two warthogs sitting behind the base. If you want, you can try to hold out in the bases, but I don't recommend it. The second one is the red base, which has the more Covenant weapons, like a gravity hammer and fuel rod gun (They are not as powerful as you would think, the darkness makes it very hard for any gun to be too good) The third base which is supposed to be purple (the gloomy effect changed how much it looks like that) is blocked by pallets and metal bars, but you can squeeze your way through where you will find a rocket launcher with only 2 rockets, and a tripmine, along with many fusion coils. There is still one more option available, you can try searching through the dunes for any of the three "campsites" where sniper rifles are located at two of them, and fully loaded rockets at another, but these sites are very hard to find, even for me who made the map. Once again too, the snipers are not as good as you would think, since its very hard to see the zombies at any kind of range. After visiting one of these places, you need to try and survive the zombies for 5 minutes. There are 5 rounds total. Zombies The zombies are fairly basic, nothing too special about them. No shields, but 10% leech Starts with Energy Sword and Gravity Hammer 150% speed and 75% gravity 25 meter radar, normal mode Forced color black, no camo Although the main zombies aren't much of a problem, the alpha zombie is what you should watch for. There is only one zombie at the start of the game. Normal shields, 0% recharge, but 100% leech. Starts with Energy Sword and plasma pistol. (The plasma pistol is for shooting vehicles, and its just harder to see the Alpha with it, unless its being charged) 150% speed, 75% gravity 75 meter radar, normal mode. Forced color black, and poor camo. (You would be surprised how much of a difference poor camo makes, at long distance, you have almost no hope of spotting the Alpha zombie. The Alpha zombie can be very good if used correctly, but as advice for the humans, if you start shooting at him, keep shooting since his shields don't recharge unless he kills someone. And watch out for that plasma pistol, it makes him very visible if he's charging it. Humans Not much to explain here, just your basic humans, normal speed, normal radar, normal damage. They start with an SMG and a magnum, encouraging them to move to find better weapons. If your the last man, you get a two point bonus, a small reward for surviving so long. The warthogs are very helpful, but watch out for zombies sitting on other sides of dunes, or the light of the Alpha zombies plasma pistol. Pictures!!! The Humans spawn point (or elites), located right in the middle of the small city, to the right of the largest building. An overview of the city, I realize its not a forging masterpiece, but it serves its purpose, there are quite a few mongooses scattered in the city. The best overview I could get of the whole area, mostly just so you get the idea of the size. For some reason the bases from really far away don't show up, but you see the lights. The blue base, with human weapons and two warthogs, also a decent place to just try and sit and survive. The red base, with a few covenant weapons, nothing to complex. The third base, kind of the storage for the explosives, there is a rocket launcher with only two rockets, and a tripmine, plus lots of fusion coils. You will need to destroy the pallets to get it, but be careful, try not to blow up the fusion coils inside. One of the campsites, its at the bottom of the pic, its very very dark where the campsites are located, you can kind of get a guess at where this one is too because you can see the blue base. Action Pictures!! Two humans (Ahem, elite and human) venture into the dunes. The silly humans don't see the zombie coming right up in front of them, at least the gunner doesn't. That human as good as dead. And there is the good old Alpha Zombie. There's my map, I hope you give it a try and have fun! Me and my friends sure did.
Pretty sweet set up. I've got to say one of the funnest Zombie maps I have seen in a while. I got one question, how many zombies are there at the start of the game?
theres 1 zombie at the start, ill add that to the main post, one typically was the best cuz the zombie would manage to kill at least one person pretty quickly most of the time
