Some blue collar guys (Humans team) are slacking off on the work site when suddenly the whole thing sinks into the sand! As it turns out, they have landed in the resting place of some Ghosts (Zombies team) who were ripped off by some cowboy builders in the previous life, and don't take too kindly to intruders. Can they escape before the ghosts use their ghostly powers to seal them underground forever? Will builders ever get to do a proper days work? Is this map any good? Download and play this cool Sanbox Map Variant to find out! The Map itself is a building site which has fallen into the sand."Resting Place" was built in and takes up the entire space of the Crypt. It has lots of little sneaky hiding places, LOTS of levels, some cool pipes, and a working lift! It's pretty cool if you have a lot of people in the party and well made. The objective is to escape up to the ground level where the workmen left their vehicles, but there's a catch! After 2 minutes, the ghosts will uses their ghostly powers to destroy the exit, leaving the Builders no choice other than to survive as long as they can. Hardhats must be worn at all times. This map looks very nice its big and clean but whats the game play and I would make a picture of the whole thing but the rest is great.
So are the zombies invincible? And how do humans get points? This map looks VERY entertaining to play with friends and I'll definitely play this tonight.
Very cool idea! I love the stair case down to the bottom, looks perfect. I've seen other attempts, but other people seemed like they had gotten lazy with it. Again, nice job.
Looks pretty cool and seems well forged, but I question the escape route. Looks like easy camping to me.
Gameplay? Its infection. Whad you expect? The zombies are slower than humans, but super strong and they have swords. Humans have to run and hide and eventually there are more and more ghosts searching so it gets harder for humans. Unless you escape before the teleporter closes.
Wow. This looks like an exceptional infection map. I absolutely love maps that have that 'city' feeling to them, with very complex structures and many levels. I have to agree with Shroomz about the escape route part of it, though. I'll give a DL and try it out though. Also, for future reference, you should put the stats that are different for the zombies, like if they have 200% speed or reduced gravity, in order for people to better grasp the game. You should also keep the title of your post to just the name of the map, not a description of it.
thanks for the comments OK Zomz have 90% speed, 75% gravity, 300% damage resistance, no radar (apart from the alpha zombie who has 10m radar), they are white, have swords, and have poor active camo. Humans have 110 or 125% speed (off the top of my head I can't remember), Normal Gravity Radars and damage resistance, Magnums, and theyre blue. It's supposed to be that the humans are slightly faster and can run away from the zombie, and the only way to feasibly kill the zombies is to assassinate them kind of like the gametype Michael Jackson if any of youve played that. But you can try any infection gametype on this map such as Ghostbusters or whatever you want to play.
You have my download! I loved making infection maps on foundry, but I needed movable items. I thought it was impossible to make infection hide and seek on sandbox. Good Job!
