it is sort of a bland effect, but llok at the color it made the elite. it made him from red to the color of an anti-air wraith. i think that is ****ing kickass. but since thats the only cool thing i guess its only a 2/5
If it actually engulfed him (as in all around him) and you can see his weapon, it would be more of a 'kool elite' Try to think of a better title, more fitting to the screenshot.
